| 摘 要： | 目的:研究金熊炎必克胶囊对实验动物的利胆作用及作用机制。方法:采用豚鼠胆囊离体平滑肌实验和大鼠在体利胆实验方法。结果:金熊炎必克胶囊高、中、低剂量组均可抑制乙酰胆碱所致的离体胆囊平滑肌收缩,并呈一定的量效相关性;金熊炎必克胶囊在大鼠利胆实验中高、中、低、剂量组均可明显增加胆汁分泌。结论:金熊炎必克胶囊具有增加胆汁分泌,扩张胆囊平滑肌的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the normalizing gallbladder function and its functional mechanism of Jin Xiong Yan Bi Ke capsule on experimental animals. Methods: The gallbladder smooth muscle experiment in vitro and the big mouse normalizing gallbladder experiment in vivo were adopted. Results: The high, medium, low dosage of Jin Xiong Yan Bi Ke capsule can inhibit the gallbladder smooth muscle contraction in vitro caused by acetylcholine and presents some amount of correlation. Jin Xiong Yan Bi Ke capsule can obviously increase the choleresis in the big mouse normalizing gallbladder experiment with the high, medium, low dosage of Jin Xiong Yan Bi Ke capsules. Conclusion: Jin Xiong Yan Bi Ke capsule has the function of increasing the choleresis. |
