| Abstract: | Summary The development of the elemental composition in the endolymphatic space was investigated during embryologic and early post natal maturation of the CBA/CBA mouse. At birth the elemental distribution was similar in the endo- and perilymphatic spaces. Mature composition of endolymph was reached 6–8 days post partum.
