| 摘 要： | 目的 评价阿齐霉素序贯治疗肺炎支原体 (MP)肺炎的效果。方法 MP肺炎患儿 60例 ,随机分为三组 ,A组 (阿齐霉素静脉给药组 )、B组 (阿齐霉素序贯治疗组 )、C组 (静滴红霉素组 ) ,比较三组疗效、不良反应、治疗费用。结果 三组有效率相比差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5)。但阿齐霉素序贯治疗组 2 4h症状减轻明显 ,不良反应发生率低 ,总治疗费低 ,住院时间短。结论 阿齐霉素序贯治疗MP肺炎值得推广使用

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of sequential treatment of Azithromycin in mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 60 infants with pneumonia were randomly divided into 3 groups:group A,intravenous Azithromycin injection group;group B,Azithromycin sequential treatment group;group C,intravenous Erythromycin injection group.Efficiency,side reaction and expense were compared among groups. Results There were no significant difference in efficiency among three groups,but in group B,it was shown that symptoms relived obviously in 24 hours with less uncomfortable reaction,lower cost and shorter treatment period. Conclusion Sequential treatment of Azithromycin in mycoplasma pneumonia is worth to be widely applicated. |
