痹速清合剂对类风湿性关节炎炎性细胞因子作用的临床研究

认为热瘀湿毒蕴结、痹阻筋脉关节为活动期类风湿性关节炎的主要病机 ,以清热解毒、利湿通络兼活血化瘀为法的痹速清合剂为方 ,临床以消炎痛为对照组 ,两组共观察 5 2例患者。用夹心法 EL ISA及放射免疫法对观察组 32例患者及对照组 2 0例患者的血清可溶性 IL- 1,IL- 6 ,IL- 8及 TNF水平进行了检测。结果显示 ,两组患者以上指标于治疗前水平升高 ,治疗后下降 ,并且治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组对多项临床症状和体征改善也优于对照组 ,治疗组总有效率 90 .6 3% ,与对照组 (70 % )相比有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。研究表明 ,以清热解毒为法组成的痹速清合剂能够作用于活动期类风湿性关节炎的炎性细胞因子 ,使其血清水平趋于正常而起到治疗作用。

CLINICAL STUDY ON EFFECTS OF BISUQING MIXTURE ON INFLAMMATORY CYTOKINE OF RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,the cause,pathogenesis and therapeutic method of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) in active state were explored systematically It was suggested that the pathogenesis is heat,wetness,blood stasis and toxic material which invaded blood vessels and joints of RA patients.The therapeutic method of clearing away heat and toxic material,eliminating wetness and promoting blood circulation was put forward According to the method and modern techniques,Bisuqing Medicine Mixture(BMM) was produced to apply clinically Using ELISA and RIA to determine the level of IL-1,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF in serum.The results showed that the level of those in serum were increased before the treatment and decreased after the treatment in both groups More over the curative effects of treatment group was better than that of control group The total effctive rate of treatment group was 90 3%,which had significant difference from that of control group (70%,P<0 05) It indicated that BMM based on the therapeutic method of clearing away heat and toxic materials could make the level of inflammatory cytokine in serum in acute RA become normal,then treated RA [
