| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨舒适护理在青光眼患者围术期的护理效果,提高视力恢复水平和舒适度。方法：80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理措施,比较二者的护理效果。结果：观察组患者在减少手术并发症及患者对护理工作满意度方面均优于对照组,差异存在显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：舒适护理可以减少青光眼患者围术期并发症的发生,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the effect of comfort nursing measures on patients with glaucoma,and improve the level of vision and comfort.Method：80 patients with glaucoma were divided randomly into the intervention group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）.The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method,the intervention group took the comfort psychological nursing measures,and then compared the nursing efficacy of them.Result：There was significant difference between intervention group and control group in complications＇ occurring and glaucoma patients were more satisfied with nursing（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comfort nursing measures on patients with glaucoma is helpful to reduce complications and increase patients＇ satisfaction,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice. |
