| 摘 要： | 目的探讨有效的护理质量持续改进方法。方法在环节、终末质量控制中,护理部以护理质量改进建议书的形式与病区护士长进行双向沟通反馈,对执行的程度及执行后的效果,检查者与被检查者各自提出修改建议并尽早改正。结果反复出现的护理缺陷、病人投诉次数明显减少,病人满意度、护理质量量化评分等均优于实施前。结论护理质量改进反馈建议书的实施有效、可行。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effective means of continuous quality improvement.Methods The feedback book of continuous quality improvement was applied in the process of quality control.The nursing department and head nurses put forward their improvement suggestions and exchanged the ideas through the feedback book in time.Results This practice reduced nursing detects and patients' complaints,increased patients' satisfaction and improved quality of nursing.Conclusion The application of feedback book of continuous quality improvement is proved to be effective and feasible. |
