| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心脏瓣膜置换围手术期的护理方法。方法:对117例患者术前做好心理护理,行呼吸功能锻炼,术后做好生命体征、并发症的观察及护理。结果:瓣膜置换术后出现低心排出量综合征7例,顽固性心律失常4例,二次开胸止血4例。治愈112例,死亡5例,其中3例死于顽固性心律失常,2例死于低心排出量综合征。结论:加强心脏瓣膜病患者的术前护理,帮助患者保持良好的心理状态,术后严密监护,可提高护理成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore nursing methods in perioperative period of heart valve replacement.Methods: Psycho-nursing was taken well for 117 patients and training on respiratory function was carried out preoperatively.The postoperative nursing care focused on observation of vital signs and complication.Results: Low cardiac output syndrome happened to 7 patients,obstinate arrhythmia to 4 patients and second opening stanching to 4 patients.One hundred and twelve patients were cured,5 died,3 of them died of obstinate arrhythmia and 2 died of LCOS.Conclusion: Enhancing preoperative nursing care can help patients with vlvular disease keep healthy mental state and careful postoperative monitoring can increase rate of success of nursing care. |
