高温高湿环境下肢体火器伤的早期救治

摘    要:笔者根据高温高湿环境下肢体火器伤的动物模型实验研究结果,运用系统分析法和总结归纳法对高温高湿环境下的战创伤早期救治问题进行综合论证研究,为我军卫勤准备提供参考。通过研究表明,高温高湿环境下战创伤的早期救治与常温常湿环境有很大不同,表现在救治时间应提前、救治机构应前伸,应根据受伤时间的不同及伤情确定相应的清创方法,救治范围应拓宽、救治能力应完善。

Abstract:Based on previous experimental results of firearm wounds in limbs of animal model under hot and humid environment(HHE) along with systematic analytic method,this paper presents a study of early treatment of war injury under HHE aimed to provide available references for medical service in the future. The results show that there exist great differences between demands of early treatment under normal environment(NE) and that under HHE. It is recommended that the time of treatment should be ahead of traditional demand,the treatment echelon should be stretched forward,debridement should be selected according to the time after injury and concrete situation,the treatment scope should be expanded,and the treatment capability should be improved.
