| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中风后遗症"气虚血瘀"大鼠模型血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及补阳还五汤对其表达的影响。方法:采用机械开颅电凝法阻断大脑中动脉24h后,用随机电脉冲刺激仪每天刺激大鼠2h,连续刺激15天,复制中风后遗症"气虚血瘀"大鼠模型。治疗组在造模结束后灌服补阳还五汤水煎液,连续给药15天。通过重量法观察脑含水量的变化,并采用免疫组织化学方法和酶联免疫方法检测VEGF的表达和蛋白水平。结果:与模型组相比,补阳还五汤能降低模型大鼠脑含水量(P<0.05),VEGF阳性细胞数量明显增多(P<0.05),蛋白水平提高(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤能改善中风后遗症大鼠脑水肿,并增强VEGF的表达和蛋白水平,这可能是其发挥抗脑缺血损伤作用的机制之一。
