我国贫困农村儿童营养状况的多因素分析──有关我国贫困县脱贫的卫生健康指标的建议

根据１９９２年全国儿童调查，用Ｚ评分法及多元Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归方法筛选出不同贫困地区影响儿童营养状况的因素。结果提示：在扶贫工作中，单纯增加贫困地区的人均收入，并不能很大程度地改善儿童的营养状况，只有同时采取加强营养教育、儿童看护、改善社区卫生服务条件等综合措施，才能有效地降低贫困地区儿童营养不良患病率，改善人民生活条件，才是保持与巩固扶贫效果的重要环节。

Multiple factor analysis of nutrition status of children in poor rural counties of China──Suggestions on the health criteria of poverty alleviationin poor counties of China

This paper studied the nutrition status and the major influencing factors on children in China.The data used were from the 1992 child survey of SSB which include 35643 children under five in 200 poor counties. Analysis of the factors related to malnutrition of the 4groups by Logistic Regression Model, shows that the attributable risks of education level of mother, breast feeding and safe water supply are the major factors affecting children's nutrition status. We suggest that a synthetical health criteria should be accounted as one of the criterias for poverty identification and alleviation.
