摘    要:为了设计、观察类似单纯脑缺血模型。作者可逆性夹闭了猫双侧颈总动脉和双侧椎动脉,观察了其病理生理变化,分析了其安全可逆时限和自下而上时限等缺血特点,结果认为猫的双侧颈总动脉并双侧椎动脉可逆性夹闭,可作为研究单纯弥漫性全脑缺血和脑功能衰竭的较好动物模型。

Abstract:In order to design a cerebral ischemic animal model resembling that in cases of carotid embolism or occlusion,both bilateral carotid and vertebral arteries (bCA+bVA) were clamped for different peri- ods of time in forty nine cats. The Pathophysiological alterations (EEG, ECG, ICP. Bp, respiration and survival situation,etc)have been reported in detail. The results suggest that the safe reversibility time limit and survival time limit of the cats with bCA+bVA clamping are 20 min and 45 min respective- ly. The study shows that cats with bCA+bVA reversible clamping are not only a satisfactory cerebral ischemic animal model,but also can be used as an animal model of brain functional failure.
