鼓室给氧治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察鼓室给氧治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法4l例(44耳)分泌性中耳炎患者,行鼓膜穿剌抽液或切开后,鼓室内注入地塞米松和糜蛋白酶混合液,然后进行鼓室内给氧治疗,每日2次,15min/次,连续3日。并与同期用常规方法治疗的40例(43耳)患者进行比较。结果治疗组给氧2~3次后就见中耳分泌物消退.而对照组则中耳积液仍然存在。治疗结束后半月进行疗效比较,治疗组痊愈率为75.0%.对照组为27.9%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。随访10~12个月,治疗组有6耳复发,对照组复发15耳,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论鼓室给氧法是治疗分泌性中耳炎的一种有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of intra-tympanum oxygen therapy on secretary otitis media(SOM). Methods Forty-one cases (44 ears) with SOM were treated by in tra-tympanum oxygen therapy, 2 times a day, 15min. each time and lasted for 3 days, following in tra-tympanum infusio of mixed solutoin with dexamethasene and chymetrypsin after tympanocentesis or myringotomy. Other 40 SOM cases(43 ears) treared by routine therapy were taken as the controls. Then, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared with each other. Results The secretary fluid in the middle ear cleft of cases in treating group disappeared following 2 to 3 times of intra-tympanum oxygen therapy while it was still temained there at this point of time among those of controlling group. By the end of half month after the therapy, the curative rate was 75.0%in treating group and it was only 27.9%in the controlling one. with a very significant difference between them(P〈0.01). Conclusion Intra-tympanum oxygen therapy is a very effective therapy on SOM.
