高龄食管癌82例临床分析

目的探索高龄食管癌的疾病特点和最佳治疗方案。方法对82例高龄食管癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果误诊39例。术后近期并发症共19例，远期并发症共8例。治愈33例，好转30例，未治12例，自动出院6例，死亡1例。结论手术治疗仍是高龄食管癌的首选治疗方式，其次为带膜食管支架置入和化疗。详细的病史询问、对高龄食管癌疾病特点的充分认识、规范的住院医疗制度是避免误诊、漏诊的重要措施。围手术期治疗规范与否是防治高龄食管癌术后并发症的关键所在。

The clinical analysis for the advanced age esophagus cancer

Objective To find out the characteristics and the best treatment method of the advanced age esophagus cancer.Methods The clinical datas of 82 cases with esophagus cancer in advanced aages were analysed retro-spectively.Results 39 cases of all had been misdiagnosed.Near period in postoperation complications was totally 19 cases,and long-term complications was totally 8 case.33 cases were cured,30 cases turned for the better,12 cases didn't cure,6 cases got out of the hospital automatically,1 case died.Conclusions The surgical operation treatment is still a first-selected way in curing the advanced age esophagus cancer.Place a shell into the esophagus and cure by chemotherapy is the sence.The detailed disease history inquire,know well to the advanced age esophagus cancer disease characteristics,the norm's of the hospitalization medical treatment system is the important measure to avoid the misdiagnosis and leak the diagnosis.Round the norm of the surgical operation period treatment or not is the key place of the prevention and cure advanced age esophagus cancer postoperation empress complications.
