吴茱萸提取液对大白鼠降压作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的 观察吴茱萸提取液对高血压大鼠模型的降压效果。方法 以2 0只雌性大鼠为研究对象,皮下注射丙酸睾酮制造大鼠高血压模型,在丙酸睾酮高血压的状态下,分别给大鼠尾静脉注射吴茱萸提取液(实验组,n =10 ) 2 g/kg和硝普钠注射液(对照组,n =10 ) 0 .0 0 2g/kg。分别记录给药5、10、15min的血压值以及给药前后的血压变化。结果 两组给药5、10、15min后血压均有不同程度的降低,给药前后比较差异有高度显著性(P均<0 .0 1) ;但实验组的降压作用明显优于对照组(P <0 .0 1或0 .0 5 )。结论 吴茱萸对丙酸睾酮引起的高血压大鼠具有降压作用,且降压效果好。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the hypotension efficacy of Evodia rutaecarpa extract on the rats hypertension models. Methods 20 female white rats were given testosterone propionate, hypodermic injection, for achieving murine hypertension models. Then 10 model rats (the laboratory group) received Evodia rutaecarpa 2g/kg, intravenous injection in tail, respectively; and another 10 model rats received sodium nitroprusside (the control group) 0.002g/kg, intravenous injection in tail, respectively. At 5, 10 and 15 minutes after giving the medicine, the blood pressure were recorded and compared to those before giving medicine. Results At 5, 10, and 15 minutes after giving the medicine, both the blood pressure decreased in different degree in the laboratory group and the control group; there was statistically significant difference in comparison between before and after giving medicine (all P<0.01). But the hypotension are more effective in the laboratory group than those in the control group (P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Evodia rutaecarpa has effective hypotension in rats with hypertension caused by testosterone propionate.
