| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨输尿管镜下套石网篮配合钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效及其安全性。方法：2005年11月-2007年4月应用输尿管镜下套石网篮配合钬激光碎石术治疗126例输尿管上段结石。结果：115例手术成功，未见严重的并发症。结论：输尿管镜下套石网篮配合钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石疗效明确、安全。
