临床路径在断指再植患者中的应用研究

目的探讨临床路径(CP)应用于断指再植患者的实施效果。方法采用不同病例随机分为对照组46例实施传统治疗和护理,实验组47例实施CP,将两组的治疗护理效果进行对比。结果两组患者平均住院日和平均治疗费用差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),健康教育知晓率和病人满意度实验组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CP应用于断指再植患者能有效提高健康教育知晓率和病人满意度,对医疗费用和住院天数控制不明显。

Application of Clinical Pathway in Patients with Severed Finger Replantation

Objective To study the application efficacy of clinical pathway in patients with severed finger replantation.Methods Ninety three patients were randomly divided into experiment group(n=47) treated with clinical pathway application and control group(n=46) with traditional treatment and nursing.The curative and nursing efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significantly difference in the average inhospital days and expense(P>0.05),but the understanding rate of health education and degree of patients satisfaction in the experiment group are much higher than that in the control(P<0.05).Conclusions The understanding rate of health education and patients satisfaction degree can be increased by clinical pathway application effectively.There is obvious effect on the average inhospital days and expense.
