| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨整肠生、贝飞达联合肯特令治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法：选取婴幼儿腹泻病例200例，随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组应用整肠生、贝飞达联合肯特令治疗，对照组予肯特令治疗。结果：治疗组有效率85％，对照组有效率57％。结论：应用整肠生、贝飞达联合肯特令治疗婴幼儿腹泻疗效显著，且疗程明显缩短，且未见毒副作用，值得临床推广使用。
