武汉建筑业农民工健康教育效果评价

目的了解武汉市建筑业农民工健康知识水平、行为现状及健康教育需求特点,评价有针对性的集中开展健康教育的效果。方法对600名武汉建筑业农民工进行健康教育,健康教育前后,做内容完全相同的问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果健康教育后,农民工健康知识知晓率从教育前的36.6%上升到46.0%;健康行为得到明显改善,就医时选择社区卫生服务中心的比例从教育前的37.8%上升至44.0%;对健康教育的需求增加。结论集中健康教育有一定效果,但行为改变与知识知晓率提高幅度有一定差距,应进一步探索改善农民工不健康行为的健康教育方法。

Effect assessment on health education among farmer builders in Wuhan

Objective To investigate the health knowledge level,health behaviors and requirement for health education,and assess the effect of aimed collective health education.Methods Health education was conducted to 600 farmer builders,who were investigated by the same questionnaire before and after health education.Results There was significant increase after health education in the rate of understanding health knowledge,from 36.6% to 46.0%.Health behaviors of farmer builders partly were improved.The rate of choosing community health service center to see the doctor rose from 37.8% to 44.0%.Their requirements for health education increased.Conclusion The aimed collective health education was effective,but improving health behaviors was knotty.We should contribute social safeguard for farmer workers to change their unhealthy behaviors.
