上消化道出血治疗56例分析

目的:探讨上消化道出血的最佳治疗方案。方法:回顾性分析56例上消化道出血患者的临床资料。结果:所有病例均经内镜确诊,静脉曲张性出血内镜下注射硬化剂和/或组织粘合剂止血成功,3例转外科手术止血;非静脉曲张性出血局部注射1:10 000肾上腺素和/或局部粘膜喷洒成功,1例转外科手术治疗,总有效率为97.2%。结论:内镜治疗上消化道出血疗效显著,是临床首选治疗方案。

Analysis on Treatment of 56 Cases of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective：To summarize the most favorable treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding treatment.Methods：Analysis on 56 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patient＇s clinical data.Results：All cases diagnosed by endoscopy,variceal bleeding endoscopic injection sclerotherapy and / or tissue adhesive hemostasis,three cases of transfer surgery to stop bleeding.Non-variceal bleeding 1： 10000 epinephrine injection and / or local mucosal spray,but one case transfer surgery.The total effective rate was 97.2%.Conclusion：Endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding is the clinical primary treatment,obviously.
