摘    要:目的 研究氟康唑对172株酵母菌的体外抗菌活性。方法 酵母菌收集自2004年4月至2004年10月从住院患者采集的标本。采用NCCLS建议的改良纸片扩散法敏感试验,并以标准菌株做质量控制。结果 白念珠菌最常见,有110株,占64.0%;光滑念珠菌31株,占18.0%;热带念珠菌20株,占11.6%;克柔念珠菌3株,占1.8%;其他8株,占4.6%。白念珠菌、光滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌和克柔念珠菌对氟康唑的敏感率为92.3%~100%。结论 氟康唑对白念珠菌、光滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌和克柔念珠菌有较好的抗菌活性。

Abstract:Objective To mvestigate the in vitro activity of fluconazole 172 strains of yeast. Methods The yeasts were isolated from in-patlents of 4th Hospital of Jilin University from April 2004 to October 2004. Susceptibility testing was performed using a modified disk diffusion method which is recommended by NCCLS M2-A6. All the tests were controlled by reference strains. Results C. albicans were the most common isolates which accounted for 64. 0% of all the isolates. C. glabrata, C. tropicalis, C. krusei and other species accounted for 18.0%, 11.6%, 1.8% and 4.6% respectively. The susceptibility rate of C. albicans, C. glabrata, C. krusei and C. tropicalis to fluconazole ranged from 92.3% to 100.0%. Conclusions Fluconazole has good in vitro activity against C. albicans, C. glabrata, C. krusei and C. tropicalis.
