| 摘 要： | 激素所致股骨头坏死的发病率目前已明显高于股骨颈骨折等外伤所致的股骨头坏死。笔者将搜集的36例激素所致股骨头坏死进行了影像学分析,探讨了激素所致股骨头坏死的发生机理和早期影像学诊断及选择性血管造影的表现等,为临床防治提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The disease incidence of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head is significantly higher than that caused by fracture of neck of femur. An image analysis was carried out in 36 patients with steroid-induced osteonecrosis of. the femoral head. The mechanism, early radiodiagnostics and selective arteriographic imaging were studied, thus providing a theoretical basis for clinical prevention of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head. |
