职业人群高血压社区综合防治的效果分析

目的探索职业人群高血压社区综合防治的有效方法。方法选取功能社区航天部实验工厂在岗职工908例,2005年11月-2007年10月期间,按照北京市《社区高血压综合防治指南》,通过社区卫生健康促进网络,充分利用功能社区的现有卫生资源,分别对非高血压人群、高血压高危人群、高血压患者进行一、二、三级预防为主的社区综合防治,比较干预前、后职业人群高血压相关知识知晓率、高血压危险因素及高血压患者血压控制情况。结果随机调查在岗职工中480例,干预前、后高血压相关知识知晓率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。118例高血压高危人群干预前、后摄入高脂、高盐饮食、过量饮酒、少运动等危险因素检出率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而肥胖、吸烟检出率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。136例高血压患者干预前、后血压控制情况间差异有统计学意义(u=5.75,P<0.05)。结论以北京市《社区高血压综合防治指南》为依据,通过社区卫生健康促进网络,充分利用功能社区的现有卫生资源,对职业人群进行高血压社区综合防治是可行的、有效的。

Community Integrated Control of Hypertension in Occupational Population

Objective To find out effective methods of community integrated control of hypertension in occupational population.Methods Nine hundred and eight factory workers in functional communities were enrolled for the study.According to "Guide of Community Integrated Control of Hypertension",through community-based health promotion network,and making full use of the existing health resources of functional communities,we performed community integrated control(with emphasis on Grade I,II and III prevention) on non-hypertension population,hypertension high-risk population and hypertensive patients,respectively,to compare their knowledge about hypertension,risk factors and control of hypertension before and following intervention.Results There was significant difference in workers' knowledge about hypertension between pre-intervention and post-intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,such risk factors as high-fat ingestion,salty food,excessive drinking and less movement were well controlled(P<0.05),and the control of hypertension was improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on "Guide of Community Integrated Control of Hypertension",community-based health promotion network and existing health resourses,community integrated control of hypertension in occupational population is feasible and effective.
