摘    要:目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定止咳祛痰颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法:色谱柱:BondpackC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈02mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH2.7)(5:100),检测波长:210nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.160—1.600μg范围内,其浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.76%(RSD=0.54%)。结论:该方法能消除其他成分的干扰,准确可靠,重复性好,操作简便快捷,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a determining method for ephedrine hydrochloride in zhike qutan granules by HPLC. Method: Agilent C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm ,5 μm) was used as stationary phase, acetonitrile-0. 02 mol. L-1 sodium di-hydrogen phosphate (pH val- ue adjusted to 2. 7 with phosphoric acid) ( 5: 100) was as mobile phase,the wavelength of detection was at 210 nm. Result: The cali- bration curve was showed good linearity (r = 0. 999 9) within the range of 0. 160-1. 600 μg, the average recovery was 99. 76% with. RSD = 0.54%. Conclusion: The interference of other components can be ehminated by this method, which is accurate, precise and simple and can be availble for the quality control of the zhike qutan granules.
