摘    要:对含吲哚美辛的固定式铜宫内节育器(FICu-IUD)进行了动物毒理学实验.结果显示尾静脉注射吲哚美辛硅橡胶浸提液对小鼠无全身急性毒性.FICu-IUD对家兔子宫局部刺激和损伤较FCu-IUD明显减轻.长期毒性试验,吲哚美辛对大鼠的体重增长、血液学及血液生化指标无明显影响;脏器系数和病理组织学检查,除子宫外,无明显异常.经口给予吲哚美辛硅橡胶浸提液,对大鼠无明显致畸敏感期生殖毒性.提示FICu-IUD毒性小,用于临床安全.

Abstract:The toxicological experiment was performed on fix indomethacin releasing copper intrauterine device (FICu IUD) The results showed that no systematic acute toxicity occurred in mouse after injection of indomethacin and medicinal silico gel via tail vein The local stimulation and damage of FICu IUD on rabbit uterus were milder than that of FCu IUD Long term toxicity test indicated that indomethacin had no obvious influences on rat, such as body weight increase, hematology and biochemical indexes No distinct abnormality in organ coefficient and pathological tissue examination except uterus was discovered Oral administration of indomethacin and medicinal silico gel showed no significant reproductive toxicity on rat during teratogenesis sensibility period It was suggested that FICu IUD had less toxicity and was safe for clinical use
