| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨手术后腰椎间隙感染的临床及影像学诊断。方法：总结分析了13例手术后腰椎间隙感染的影像学特点和临床表现。结果：讨论了影像检查对手术后腰椎间隙感染的诊断价值。结论：影像学检查对手术后腰椎间隙感染的正确诊断有帮助，对其治疗和预后有指导意义。

| Abstract: | objective To study the diagnosis of clinical and images of intervertebral spsce infection after lumbar operation.Methods The clinic presentation and medical imaging of 13 cases of intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation in recent 8 years were reviewed.Results The value of imaging in demonstration of intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation were briefly discussed.Conclusion The images examination was helpful for correct diagnosis and had guided significance on treatment and prognosis of interverbral space infection after lumbar operation. |
