小儿夏季热与凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌感染的关系初探

目的探讨小儿夏季热的可能病原。方法108例符合中医小儿夏季热诊断条件的患儿，给予抽血查双份血细菌培养及经验性抗生素治疗，观察血细菌培养结果及治疗效果。结果108例患儿双份血培养同一细菌18例、不同细菌3例、单份血培养阳性23例，均为凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌（CNS），血培养阴性64例；108例经验性并结合血培养结果予以有效抗生素治疗，结果痊愈76例，好转自动出院27例，未愈自动出院5例；出院诊断确诊CNS败血症18例、临床诊断CNS败血症26例、病原茵未明的临床诊断败血症41例、发热原因未明23例。结论小儿夏季热的病原可能与CNS密切相关。

Studying the correlation between summer fever in children and coagulase negative staphylococcus

Objective To approach the possible etiological agent of summer fever in children. Methods 108 children were diagnosed with summer fever by Chinese medicine standard, they were all drawn blood twice to do hemoculture and treated with antibiotics by experience. Results There were 44 children with coagulase negative staphylococcus （CNS） diagnosed by the result of hemoculture, 18 diagnosed by two same result of hemoculture, 3 diagnosed by two different result of hemoculture, 23 diagnosed by one result of hemoculture. 108 children were treated with antibiotics by experience combining the result of hemoculture, 76 recovered, 27 improved,5 did not recovered. 18 final were diagnosed with CNS,26 clinical diagnosed with CNS, 41 clinical diagnosed with septicemia for undetermined pathogenic bacterium, 23 could not find the clear reason of fever. Conclusion The etiological agent of summer fever in children is possible correlates to coagulase negative staphylococcus.
