| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电子化病案存在的问题,以寻求解决方法。方法对电子化病案出现的常见缺陷及相关因素进行分析。结果严格病案质量制度化、规范化管理,在落实终末质量控制管理的同时,重点加强病案质量的环节管理,及时发现问题、解决问题,有效地提高病案管理质量。结论发挥电子化病案在医疗信息中的作用,促进医疗信息的发展。
