| 摘 要： | 目的 了解急性脑梗死患者体内凝血功能的动态变化。方法 对2002年1月-2005年12月被确诊为急性脑梗死患者的SFMC、D-D、VWF、GMP-140进行动态观察，以100例正常人作为对照组，两者进行比较。结果 疾病组患者在急性期血浆D-D、VWF、GMP-140的浓度及SFMC的阳性率明显高于正常对照组，在恢复期均有明显下降，未达到正常对照组水平。结论 动态观察急性脑梗死患者的凝血功能变化可作为判断患者病情严重程度及其恢复的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To realize the dynamic alterations of coagulation function in vivo of acute cerebral infarction. Methods To observe SFMC,D-D,VWF,GMP-140 dynamically of patients which were diagnosed as acute cerebral infarction between Jan, 2002 and Dec, 2005 and another 100 normal persons as control group , and compare the results of two groups. Results The concentrations of D-D,VWF,GMP-140 and the positive rate of SFMC in patient group were much higher than in control group when in acute stage and were still higer in recovery stage though they decreased dramatically. Conclusion Dynamic observation of coagulation function of acute cerebral infarction is a predictor for the state of the disease and the degree of recovery. |
