腹膜后肿瘤CT诊断

 目的　探讨后腹膜原发性肿瘤CT诊断的价值。方法　回顾性分析经手术、病理证实为原发性后腹膜肿瘤的CT检查资料 ,并与病理组织学诊断进行比较。结果　神经源性肿瘤大部分位于肾上腺旁和髂腰肌旁 ;纤维组织细胞瘤、脂肪肉瘤大部分位于肾周围 ;淋巴瘤全部沿大血管走行周围生长。病灶大小无肿瘤定性意义。结论　CT检查在对肿瘤定性诊断中有一定优越性 ,不同组织类型肿瘤生长位置比较恒定 ,增强CT扫描检查对判断血管增生程度有意义

CT Diagnosis of Retroperitoneal Tumors

Objective To discuss the values of CT applications in retroperitoneal tumor diagnosis. Methods Retroperitoneal tumor cases with CT examination preoperatively were selected.Results most of neuropathic were likely to be found around adrenal gland and iliopsoas.Fibrohistiocytoma and adipose tumor are mainly distribute around kidney,while enlarged lymph node distribute along the aorta vane. The diameter of tumor has no significance in differentiable diagnosis.Conclusion CT has a certain extent of superiority for diagnosis of retroperitoneal tumor,of retroperitoneal tumor, of which some pathology styles a certain distribution in location. Contrast enhanced CT scan is helpful for evaluation of its hyperplastic vascularity.
