心脏不停跳行重症二尖瓣置换术46例

目的：介绍在体外循不心脏不停跳行重症二尖瓣置换术的经验。方法：在不阻断主动脉，不灌注停跳液，心脏跳动下行重症二尖瓣置换术46例，心胸比0．70－0．88，平均0．77，心脏B超LVED70－89mm，平均79mm,EF0.36-0.63,平均0．51，体外循环时间28－68min，平均46min.结果：全组术后无低心排综合征及严重心律失常和胸并发症。结这种方法能更有效地保护心肌功能，简化操作，缩短体外循环时间和手术时间，术后恢复快等优点。

Severe mitral valve replacement with heart-beating in 46 patients
