乙酰肝素酶与肿瘤转移研究进展

摘    要:乙酰肝素酶(heparanase,HPA)是一种葡萄糖醛酸内切酶,它既存在于正常组织,如胎盘和淋巴器官,对胚胎形成,神经系统发育,新生血管形成,炎症反应发挥着正常的生理功能;也表达于多种恶性肿瘤细胞,促进细胞侵袭和转移,诱导肿瘤血管生成。HPA抑制剂的研究可望为抗肿瘤治疗开辟新的途径。

Abstract:Heparinase is a kind of endoglycosidases. It exists not only in normal tissues such as placenta and lymph organ, but also in a variety of tumor cells. It plays an important role in embryo formation, nervous system development, anglogenesis and inflammation reaction, as well as in invasion and metastasis of tumor Cells and inducing angiogenesis of tumor, It is expected that the study of heparinase inhibitor may open a new way for antineoplastic treatment,
