针刺不同穴位组合治疗颈性眩晕的临床观察

为观察针刺不同穴位组合治疗颈性眩晕的疗效,将91例患者随机分为玉枕、风池穴组(35例,A组),颈夹脊(C4-6 )穴组(31例,B组)及百会、合谷组(25例,C组),观察比较各组眩晕、颈肩痛等症状与功能评分。结果:治疗后,A、B两组眩晕程度及功能评分增加(P<0.01或P<0.05),且组间差异显著(P<0.05);B组对颈肩痛改善评分明显(P<0.01)。提示针刺玉枕、风池穴能显著改善颈性眩晕症状,且疗效优于其他穴位;颈夹脊穴对颈肩痛改善作用明显。

Clinical Observation of Different Acupoint Groups in Treating Cervical Vertigo

To observe the therapeutic effects of different acupoint group s in the treatment of cervical vertigo, 91 subjects were randomized into three g roups: group A in which 35 cases were treated by Yuzhen(BL 9) and Fengchi(GB 20) , group B in which 31 cases were treated by Jiaji acupoints and group C in which 25 cases were treated by Baihui (GV 20) and Hegu (LI 4). The scores of cervical vertigo, neck pain and function were measured before and after treatment in the three groups. Results: The scores of cervical vertigo and function increased si gnificantly in groups A and B after treatment (P<0.01or P<0.05), with a significant difference between them (P<0.05); the score of neck pain increas ed significantly in group B (P<0 01). It is indicated that acupoints Yuzhen (BL 9) and Fengchi(GB 20) are quite effective in improving cervical vertigo, whi le Jiaji acupoints in relieving neck pain.
