扁平苔藓皮损中MIF、MMP-9的表达及意义

目的：探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子（MIF）与基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP-9）在扁平苔藓发病中的作用。方法：采用免疫组化方法和RT-PCR法检测30例扁平苔藓组织和30例正常皮肤组织中MIF与MMP-9的表达情况。结果：MIF与MMP-9在扁平苔藓组织中的表达明显高于正常皮肤组织,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;MIF和MMP-9在扁平苔藓皮损中的表达呈正相关（r=0.636,P〈0.01）。结论：MIF在扁平苔藓基底膜带损坏过程中可能有促进作用,其机制可能与上调MMP-9的表达有关。

The expression and significance of MIF and MMP-9 in lichen planus

Objective：To investigate the effect on the pathogenesis of MIF and MMP-9 in lichen planus.Methods：Im-munchistochemical technique and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） were used to test the expres-sion of MIF and MMP-9 in 30 cases of lichen planus and 30 cases of normal skin.Results：The expressions of MIF and MMP-9 were markedly increased in lichen planus than those in the normal skin（P0.05）;there were positive correlations between the expression of MIF and MMP-9 in the cases of lichen planus（r=0.636,P0.01）.Conclusion：MIF may contribute to the damage of basement membrane zoster in lichen planus,which depends on inducing expression of MMP-9.
