| 摘 要： | 报道６１例急性心肌梗塞患者的心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）与心肌梗塞部位的关系，并与１００例正常人的ＨＲＶ进行对比，结果发现，心肌梗塞急性期ＨＲＶ值明显降低，与正常组对比有显著统计学意义，但ＨＲＶ值降低与心肌梗塞部位，范围无关，可能主要诊心肌梗塞引起的应激反应造成的体液和神经改变有关。

| Abstract: | Heart rate variability(HRV)is currently regarded as an independent prograstic index for the risk of sudden death after acute myocardial infaction(AMI).The risk of sudden death will increase if the HRV is low. But the machenism of HRV decreasing is not clear, so the relation between HRV and the range of AMI were studied in 61 patients with AMI and 100 normal persons.The results showed that the HRV in AMI was evidently decreased and had a statistic significance compared with normal group. But the low HRV in AMI was not related to the sixe and scape of AMI.It is possible that the low HRV in AMI is due to the urgent reflection of nerves and hormone. |
