几种噬菌体与脊髓灰质炎病毒对三氯异氰尿酸抗力的比较

摘    要:目的比较几种噬菌体对三氯异氰尿酸消毒剂的抗力。方法采用悬液定量试验方法,对F2噬菌体、T4噬菌体、T7噬菌体进行了灭活试验,并与脊髓灰质炎病毒Ⅰ型疫苗株作平行比较。结果三氯异氰尿酸对噬菌体和脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活对数值达到4.0以上,需要剂量为F2噬菌体和T4噬菌体为400 mg/L有效氯作用10 min;T7噬菌体为250 mg/L有效氯作用5 min;脊髓灰质炎病毒为100 mg/L有效氯作用5 min。在有效氯含量为200 mg/L条件下,三种噬菌体与脊髓灰质炎病毒对三氯异氰尿酸消毒液的浓度系数值(η)由大到小的顺序为:F2噬菌体(5.655)>T4噬菌体(2.480)>T7噬菌体(1.879)>脊髓灰质炎病毒(0.834)。结论三种噬菌体与脊髓灰质炎病毒对三氯异氰尿酸消毒剂抗力依次为为F2噬菌体>T4噬菌体>T7噬菌体>脊髓灰质炎病毒。三种噬菌体对三氯异氰尿酸消毒剂的抗力均强于脊髓灰质炎病毒,其中F2噬菌体抗力最强。

Abstract:Objective To know the resistance of several phages to trichloroisocyanuric acid disinfectant.Methods Suspension quantitative test method was used to carry out test for inactivating F2 phage,T4 phage and T7 phage and parallel comparison with poliovinus type-1 vaccine strain.Results The dosages of trichloroisocyanuric acid required for inactivating the phages and poliovirus to attain the inactivating logarithm higher than 4.0 were 400 mg/L available chlorine with a 10 min contact time for F2 phage and T4 phage,250 mg/L available chlorine with a 5 min contact time for T7 phage and 100 mg/L available chlorine with a 5 min contact time for poliovirus.Under the condition of available chlorine content 200 mg/L,the concentration coefficient values(η) of trichloroisocyanuric acid for the three phages and poliovirus type-1 vaccine strain in decreasing order were as follows: F2 phage(5.655)>T4 phage(2.480)>T7 phage(1.879)>poliovirus type-1 vaccine strain(0.834).Conclusions The resistance of 3 phages and the virus to trichloroisocyanuric acid disinfectant in decreasing order were as follows: F2 phage >T4 phage>T7 phage>poliovirus type-1 vaccine strain.The resistance of all the 3 phages was stronger than that of poliovirus type-1 vaccine strain and among them F2 phage has the strongest resistance.
