690例孕妇心理生理状况调查

目的 ]　调研武汉城区孕妇心理、生理状况 ,为进一步搞好围产保健提供依据。　 方法 ]　以自制调查表的方式 ,对住院分娩的 690名孕妇进行了心理、生理问卷调查。　 结果 ]　大多数孕妇对分娩存在恐惧心理 ,只有 1.7%的孕妇对分娩有信心 ;64 .3 5 %孕妇最担心胎儿畸形 ;92 .73 %孕妇进行了产前常规检查 ;93 .0 1%孕妇拟定了产后应采取的避孕措施。　 结论 ]　城市妇女围产保健工作已取得相当成效 ,但对正常分娩过程普遍存在着忧虑

A study of the psycho-physiological state of 690 pregnant women

Objective] To understand the psycho-physiological state of pregnant women in Wuhan city in order to acquire the basis for improving perinatal health care. Methods] Self-administered questionnaires were used and 690 women admitted for delivery were questioned relating to their psychological and physiological state. Results] Although majority of the women were willing to undergo child bearing, still many had psychological fear. Only 1.7% of the women in this study had confidence in child bearing. 64.35% of the women in the gestational period worried about fetal deformity. 92.37% of the women underwent the antenatal routine examination, 93.01% of the women planned to use contraception after delivery. Conclusion] At the moment, perinatal health care for city women has acquired good results, but normal delivery process still remains a common anxiety to them.
