| 摘 要： | 通过改进颈外静脉穿刺针，并经５０例患者应用，结果满意，提高了颈外静脉穿刺一次成功率，保证了病人的治疗，尤其为危重病人的抢救赢得了时间。

| Abstract: | An improved puncture needle for perforation of the external jugular vein was used in 50 patients. The results were satisfactory. It increased the success rate of the perforation of the external jugular vein and ensured patients a timely treatment, especially patients in danger. |
