| 摘 要： | 尿道狭窄是先天性尿道下裂术后最常见的并发症之一,直接关系到手术的成败,临床处理非常棘手。我院2005-2007年施行尿过下裂尿道成形术123例,其中术后发生尿道狭窄29例,现结合文献就其发生原因、预防及治疗方法报告如下。

| Abstract: | After urethral stricture is the congenital hypospadias technique one of most common complications, relates the surgery directly the suc- cess or failure,clinical processing is extremely thorny. My courtyard 2005- 2007 year execution hypospadias urethra forming technique 123 exampies, after in which technique have the urethral stricture 29 examples, presently unifies the literature to have the reason, the prevention and the meth- od of treatment report on it as follows. |
