摘    要:目的 :探讨ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸二十二碳烯酸 (DHA)对老年痴呆症 (AD)转基因小鼠模型病理改变的影响。方法 :给 AD转基因小鼠从 17个月~ 2 2个月期间喂饲普通饲料 ,无 DHA及高 DHA饲料。检测其β-淀粉样肽(Aβ)水平及突触后致密结构组分 (PSD-95)含量变化。结果 :Aβ水平在高 DHA组下降达 60 % ,而 PSD-95在无 DHA组和对照组明显下降 ,差异显者 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :富含 DHA的饲料可以减少 Aβ在 AD动物模型脑内的沉积 ,并对突触结构具有保护作用

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of ω 3 polyunsaturated acid docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)on pathology in mouse models of alzheimers disease.Methods:Seventeen month old animals were placed in one of three groups:standard diets(0.09 %DHA),diets with no DHA and diets enrichd with 0.6 % DHA.Animals were treated until 22 monchs of age and measurements of Aβ and PSD 95 were made in the cortex.Results:Aβ was significantly reduced by 60 % in mice fed DHA enriched diet compared to mice on DHA depleted diet.PDS 95 was significantly reduced in mice fed diets with no DHA and control.Conclusions:These results may suggest that a diet containing DHA could be protective against Aβ accumulation and synaptic degeneration.
