后循环缺血患者高压氧治疗对脑干诱发电位的影响

目的探讨高压氧治疗在后循环缺血患者治疗中对脑干诱发电位的影响。方法将40例后循环缺血住院患者随机分为两组:高压氧组和对照组,各20例。两组患者均采用统一的常规治疗,高压氧组在此基础上加用高压氧治疗。观察两组患者脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)图形的各波潜伏期(PL)和波峰间潜伏期(IPL)。结果治疗前高压氧组与对照组BAEP异常率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高压氧组与对照组治疗前各波PL及IPL间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组PL、IPL间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高压氧治疗能改善后循环缺血患者的脑干诱发电位。

Influence of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Brain-stem Auditory Evoked Potential in Patients with Posterior Circulation Ischemia

Objective To discuss the influence of hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT)on brain-stem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) in patients with posterior circulatory system ischemia,and to explore the value of HBOT.Methods Forty patients with posterior circulatory system ischemia were divided randomly into HBOT group(n=20) and control group(n=20).All were given the same conventional therapy,but HBOT group were given HBOT in addition,and then data of peak latency(PL) and inter-peak latency(IPL) of BAEP graphics were observed.Results There was no significant difference in abnormal rate of BAEP between HBOT group and control before treatment(P>0.05),but there was after treatment(P<0.05).No significant difference was noted in PL and IPL between the two before treatment(P>0.05),but it was found after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion BAEP is greatly improved in HBOT in patients with posterior circulatory system ischemia.
