一种正压生物防护服细菌气溶胶防护效果的研究

目的研究某种正压生物防护服对生物气溶胶的防护效果。方法采用人工发生黏质沙雷茵气溶胶，用Andersen6级采样器采样，对该正压生物防护服对细菌气溶胶的防护效果进行了检测。结果与结论该正压生物防护服对暴露于颗粒质量中值直径约1．674μm的细菌气溶胶粒子防护效率达到99．90％以上。该正压生物防护服通过高效过滤系统为防护服内提供洁净空气，对细菌气溶胶有较好的防护效果。

A study on protective effect of a positive pressure bio-protective clothing against bacterial aerosol

Objective To study the protective effect of a positive pressure bio-protectivc clothing against bacterial aerosol. Methods Artificial Serratia Marcescens aerosol generation and Andersen six-stage sampler sampling were used to de- termine the protective efficiency of the positive pressure bio-protective clothing against bacterial aerosol Results and Con- clusion The protective efficiency of the suit against Serratia Marcescens aerosol particles with a mass median diameter of 1. 674 txm exceeded 99.90%. This improved positive pressure bio-protective clothing can better protect against bacterial aerosol by supplying clean air to the inner clothing through the efficient filter system.
