| 摘 要： | 美国心脏协会/美国卒中协会(AHA/ASA)撰写委员会在2008年第3期Stroke杂志上公布了关于卒中和短暂性脑缺血患者卒中预防指南推荐的更新意见,对自2006年2月的卒中二级预防指南公布以来,新近发表的试验结果进行了回顾,对新的试验数据进行了简短综述,对某些指南意见进行了更新,并提供了更新依据[1-2].
