中医药治疗脂肪肝60例

目的:观察自拟方肝脂消治疗脂肪肝的疗效。方法:60例均为门诊患者,均经肝胆超声检查示脂肪肝,血脂化验胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)异常,服肝脂消每日1剂,分2次服。1个月为1个疗程,服2个疗程后做肝胆超声和血脂化验,与治疗前进行对比观察。结果:肝脂消能显著改善患者肝胆超声显象,降低TC,TG,LDL—C,升高HDL—C。治疗总有效率96.7%。结论:肝脂消确有治疗脂肪肝的作用。
