腹部电针对脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的影响

目的观察腹部电针对脓毒症患者胃肠功能障碍的影响。方法选取60例脓毒症胃肠功能障碍患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组给予抗感染,营养支持及莫沙必利口服等常规西医方法治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予腹部电针治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的脓毒症胃肠功能障碍评分、腹腔压力及肠鸣音次数等指标,观察临床疗效。结果两组治疗后脓毒症胃肠功能障碍评分均有下降(P<0.05),观察组治疗后脓毒症胃肠功能障碍评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后腹腔压力、胃潴留量均有下降(P<0.05),肠鸣音均有增加(P<0.05);观察组治疗后腹腔压力、胃潴留量低于对照组(P<0.05),肠鸣音高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹部电针联合西医常规治疗对脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效更好,有利于患者症状的改善。

Effect of Abdominal Electroacupuncture on Gastrointestinal Dysfunction in Sepsis

Objective To observe the effect of abdominal electroacupuncture on gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis. Method Sixty sepsis patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were divided by the random number table method into an observation group (30 cases) and a control group (30 cases). The control group was intervened by conventional Western medicine treatments including anti-infection, nutritional support and oral administration of Mosapride;the observation group was additionally given abdominal electroacupuncture. The gastrointestinal dysfunction score for sepsis, abdominal pressure and bowel sound times were compared before and after treatment;the clinical efficacy was observed. Result The sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction score dropped after treatment in both groups (P<0.05), and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment (P< 0.05). The abdominal pressure and gastric retention were reduced (P<0.05) and bowel sound times increased (P<0.05) after treatment in both groups;the observation group was lower than the control group comparing the abdominal pressure and gastric retention after treatment (P<0.05), and the bowel sound was more frequent in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Abdominal electroacupuncture plus conventional Western medicine treatment can produce more significant efficacy for gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis and it helps improve the symptoms.
