消胀利水方穴位贴敷治疗肝硬化腹水疗效观察

目的观察消胀利水方穴位贴敷治疗肝硬化腹水临床疗效。方法 60例肝硬化腹水患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用临床基础治疗和合理健康宣教,治疗组在对照组基础上采用消胀利水方穴位贴敷治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后腹围、体质量、24 h尿量、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBil)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、总体健康感觉评分变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后腹围、体质量、24 h尿量差值优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后ALT、AST、TBil、Alb水平与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后ALT、AST、TBil、Alb水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后总体健康感觉得分优于同组治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后总体健康感觉得分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消胀利水方穴位贴敷辅助临床基础治疗肝硬化腹水疗效显著,能明显改善患者生存质量。

Therapeutic Observation of Acupoint Application with Xiao Zhang Li Shui Formula for Ascites in Liver Cirrhosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application with Xiao Zhang Li Shui formula (a formula for releasing distension and fluid) in treating ascites in liver cirrhosis. Method Sixty patients with liver cirrhosis ascites were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by basic intervention and health education, while the treatment group was additionally given acupoint application with Xiao Zhang Li Shui formula. The two groups were observed before and after treatment for changes in abdominal circumference, body weight, 24-h urine volume, alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), total bilirubin (TBil), serum albumin (Alb), and overall health perception score. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were also compared. Result The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group versus 70.0% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group comparing the changes in abdominal circumference, body weight and 24-h urine volume after treatment (P<0.05). The levels of ALT, AST, TBil and Alb changed significantly after treatment in both groups (P<0.05);the treatment group was better than the control group comparing the levels of ALT, AST, TBil and Alb after treatment (P<0.05). In the treatment group, the overall health perception score improved after treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group comparing the overall health perception score after the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application with Xiao Zhang Li Shui formula plus basic intervention can produce significant efficacy in treating liver cirrhosis ascites and obviously improve the quality of life.
