火龙灸配合药物对肾阳虚IVF-ET反复移植失败患者子宫内膜厚度影响

目的观察火龙灸配合药物对肾阳虚体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)反复移植失败患者子宫内膜厚度及临床妊娠率的影响。方法将72例肾阳虚IVF-ET反复移植失败患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。治疗组予以火龙灸疗法配合口服戊酸雌二醇片治疗,对照组予口服戊酸雌二醇片治疗。治疗后统计IVF-ET移植妊娠结局,并比较患者治疗前后子宫内膜厚度。结果两组治疗后子宫内膜厚度较同组治疗前增加(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后子宫内膜厚度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火龙灸疗法能改善子宫内膜厚度,促进子宫内膜的生长,有利于胚胎着床,提高临床妊娠率。

The Effect of Fiery Dragon Moxibustion plus Medicine on Endometrial Thickness in Kidney Yang Deficiency Patients with Repeated Implantation Failure Following IVF-ET

Objective To observe the effect of fiery dragon moxibustion plus medicine on endometrial thickness and clinical pregnancy rate in kidney yang deficiency patients with repeated implantation failure following in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Method Seventy-two yang deficiency patients with repeated implantation failure following IVF-ET were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group received fiery dragon moxibustion plus oral administration of estradiol valerate tablets and the control group,oral administration of estradiol valerate tablets.The pregnancy outcome following IVF-ET was calculated after treatment.Pre-treatment and post-treatment endometrial thicknesses were compared in the patients.Result Endometrial thickness increased in both groups after treatment compare with before(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness between the treatment and control groups(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Fiery dragon moxibustion can increase endometrial thickness,promote its growth,help embryo implantation and raise clinical pregnancy rate.
