针刺联合补阳还五汤对急性脑梗死患者大脑网络功能连接及CD62P、CD63的影响

目的观察针刺联合补阳还五汤对急性脑梗死患者大脑网络功能连接及CD62P、CD63影响。方法选择急性脑梗死患者72例,依据随机数字表法进行分组,对照组36例患者接受小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组36例患者接受针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效,分析大脑网络功能连接情况、血小板表面.-颗粒膜糖蛋白(CD62p)与溶酶体膜糖蛋白(CD63)表达情况,并测定两组患者血脂水平。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后患侧中枢-小脑功能连接系数明显减小(P<0.05),患侧中枢-对侧中央前回功能连接系数明显增大(P<0.05),且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血小板CD62P与CD63表达水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合补阳还五汤应用于急性脑梗死患者临床治疗过程中,在大脑网络功能连接情况改善方面效果显著,有助于改善血小板CD62P与CD63表达,利于平衡机体血脂水平,增进临床整体治疗效果。

Effect of Acupuncture plus Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the Functional Connectivity of Brain Networks,CD62P and CD63 in Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture plus Buyang Huanwu decoction on the functional connectivity of brain networks, CD62P and CD63 in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Method Seventy-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided by the random number table method. Thirty-six patients in the control group received deproteinized calf blood serum injection and Atorvastatin;the other 36 patients in the observation group received acupuncture treatment plus Buyang Huanwu decoction. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared, the functional connectivity of brain networks, and the expressions of CD62P and CD63 were analyzed, and the blood lipid levels were detected. Result The observation group had a significantly higher total effective rate compared with the control group (P<0.05);the central-cerebellar functional connectivity coefficient on the affected side declined significantly in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), while the functional connectivity coefficient of central-contralateral anterior gyrus on the affected side increased significantly (P<0.05), and the between-group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the expressions of blood platelet CD62P and CD63 dropped significantly after treatment in both groups (P<0.05), and the between-group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) decreased significantly after treatment in the two groups (P<0.05), and the between-group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In treatment of acute cerebral infarction, acupuncture plus Buyang Huanwu decoction can significantly improve the functional connectivity of brain networks, help improve the expressions of CD62P and CD63 in blood platelet and correct the blood lipid levels, and enhance the general treatment efficacy.
