| 摘 要： | 目的:观察乌梅丸加减联合穴位贴敷治疗寒热错杂型慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:纳入寒热错杂型慢性腹泻患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者给予蒙脱石散口服治疗,观察组患者给予乌梅丸加减联合穴位贴敷治疗,疗程均为6周。比较两组患者的临床疗效和每日大便次数;采用SF-36量表评价患者的生活质量。结果:①治疗后,观察组患者的临床总有效率为95.0%,对照组的临床总有效率为75.0%,观察组的疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。②治疗后,两组患者的每日大便次数均较治疗前减少(P0.05),且观察组患者的每日大便次数少于对照组(P0.05)。③治疗后,两组患者的SF-36量表躯体健康、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情绪角色、心理健康6个维度的评分均较治疗前升高(P0.05),且观察组患者的躯体健康、活力、心理健康3个维度的评分高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:乌梅丸加减联合穴位贴敷可明显改善寒热错杂型慢性腹泻患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。
