针刀浅刺阳明经法治疗早期膝骨关节炎疗效观察

目的观察针刀浅刺阳明经法治疗早期膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将80例早期膝骨关节炎患者随机分为针刀浅刺阳明经组(浅刺组)和普通针刀组(普通组),每组40例,观察两组临床疗效及MichelLequesen膝骨关节炎严重性指数(ISOA)、WOMAC量表评分变化情况。结果浅刺组和普通组总有效率分别为92.5%、90.0%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后ISOA、WOMAC量表评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后ISOA、WOMAC量表评分差值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刀浅刺阳明经法治疗早期膝骨关节炎临床有效,其总有效率与普通针刀治疗相比无差异。

Observations on the Efficacy of Shallow Needle-knife Puncture of Yangming Meridian for Early Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of shallow needle-knife puncture of the Yangming meridian in treating early knee osteoarthritis. Method Eighty patients with early knee osteoarthritis were randomized to shallow needle-knife puncture of Yangming meridian and conventional needle knife groups, 40 cases each. The clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated and the Michel Lequesen index of severity for osteoarthritis (ISOA) score and the WOMAC score were recorded in the two groups. Result The total efficacy rate was 92.5% in the shallow needle-knife puncture of Yangming meridian group and 90.0% in the conventional needle knife group with no statistically significant difference between the groups (P>0.05). There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the ISOA score and the WOMAC score in the two groups (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in pre-/post-treatment ISOA score and WOMAC score difference values between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion There are no significant differences in the clinical therapeutic effect on and the efficacy rate for early knee osteoarthritis between shallow needle-knife puncture of Yangming meridian and conventional needle knife therapy.
