根据中风病异常经络分布特点采用左阴右阳调整经络法治疗中风病的临床研究

目的根据中风病异常经络的分布特点,观察左阴右阳调整经络法与常规针刺治疗中风病的临床疗效。方法将100例中风恢复期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。所有患者均通过经络诊察来探寻中风病异常经络的分布特点。治疗组选取与本病最为相关的异常经络,采用左阴右阳调整经络法(左侧取阴经,右侧取阳经)治疗;对照组采用常规针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后经络诊察异常量表各项评分及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的变化情况。结果中风患者异常经络主要集中在太阴经、阳明经、厥阴经、少阳经上,其中以太阴经的异常最为明显。治疗组治疗前后十四经脉经络诊察异常量表评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左阴右阳调整经络法是一种治疗中风病的有效方法,可显著改善异常经络。

Clinical Study on Left-yin and Right-yang Meridian Regulation Method for Stroke on the Basis of Characteristics of Abnormal Meridian Distribution in Stroke

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of left-yin and right-yang meridian regulation method and conventional acupuncture in treating stroke on the basis of characteristics of abnormal meridian distribution in stroke. Method One hundred patients with stroke in the convalescent stage were randomized into treatment and control groups, with 50 cases in each group. The characteristics of abnormal meridian distribution in stroke of all the patients were explored by meridian diagnosis. The treatment group was intervened by left-yin and right-yang meridian regulation method (selecting yin meridians on the left side and yang meridians on the right side) via selecting the most abnormal meridians related to the disease, while the control group was intervened by conventional acupuncture. The abnormal meridian diagnostic scale score and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score in the two groups were observed before and at the end of the treatment. Result The abnormal meridians in patients with stroke mainly included Taiyin meridians, Yangming meridians, Jueyin meridians and Shaoyang meridiains, and Taiyin meridians were most distinct ones. The abnormal meridian diagnostic scale score of the fourteen regular meridians showed a significant change after the treatment in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Left-yin and right-yang meridian regulation method is an effective method in treating stroke. It can effectively improve the abnormal meridians.
